Doody Master® is a year-round, rain or shine professional pooper scooper, based in Rochester NY pet waste removal service. The dogs don’t stop in the winter or rain and neither does Doody Master®
Doody Master® will come to your home, scoop the poop and clean your yard of pet waste. The pet waste will be removed from your property or double-bagged and left in your garbage, this depends on your requirements.
The cleaning area is inspected in an orderly fashion, so no pet waste is left behind.
Doody Master® will also clean and disinfect your patio, sidewalk, kennel, or deck area as an additional service.
A postcard and dog bone will be left on your door indicating that Doody Master® has been there. If anything unusual is found in your pet’s poop (i.e., diarrhea, roundworms, tapeworms, blood, etc.) you will be notified on the postcard and also receive a phone call if necessary.
Once service is complete, all of our tools and shoes are disinfected so disease is not spread from one yard to another.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please contact Doody Master® within 24 hours and we will come back to service again, free of charge.
Don't forget to notify Doody Master when you need a stool sample for your vet. We will prepare the sample for you.
