Services
Doody Master, Inc. is a year-round, rain or shine professional pooper scooper service,
based in the Greater Rochester, New York area. The dogs don’t stop in the winter
or rain and neither does Doody Master, Inc..
Doody Master, Inc. will arrive at your home uniformed and in a clearly marked
vehicle. We thoroughly and discreetly clean your yard with disinfected tools and
shoes to prevent cross-contamination from one yard to another. The pet waste
will be removed from your property or double-bagged and left in your garbage,
depending on your requirements.
You do not need to be home in order for service to be complete. A postcard and
dog treat will be left on your door indicating that Doody Master, Inc. has been there.
If anything unusual is found in your pet’s poop (i.e., diarrhea, roundworms,
tapeworms, blood, etc.) you will be notified on the postcard and also receive a
phone call if necessary.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please
contact Doody Master, Inc. within 24 hours and we will come back to service again,
free of charge.
Don't forget to notify Doody Master, Inc. when you need a stool sample for your vet.
We will prepare the sample for you.
Pricing
Pricing is based on how many dogs, the size of the area to be cleaned, and how often you would like your
yard cleaned. Please check our pricing plans.
Service Contract
Doody Master, Inc. does not have a service contract, you may cancel any time. When you sign-up for service you are
agreeing to our Service Agreement. The service
is a month-to-month service. If payment is not received in advance for the next month, service is automatically canceled.
Invoicing
Invoices are sent out the 10th of each month and are due by the 25th. You may
receive your invoicing via e-mail or regular mail. You may also pay on-line with
credit/debit card if you like. To begin service, one month in advance is required.
Recurring Monthly Payments
To sign up for recurring payments, click here. Your credit/debit card will be
charged for the remainder of the current month and then will automatically be
charged at the beginning of every month. If you need a spring clean-up you may
also purchase that at this time.

- Service Provided: DOODY MASTER, Inc. will clean your designated dog area of all dog waste using disinfected equipment.
- Service Required: The Customer hereby agrees to purchase from DOODY MASTER, Inc. the following service set forth as follows: one-time, weekly, 2x per week, 3x per week, 4x per week, or 5x per week. The waste will either be left or removed from the premises.
- Monthly Invoicing Option Price and Payment Due: Pre-payment of one month in advance is required. Price is set by DOODY MASTER, Inc. Payment due for the service is as follows: Invoice sent out the 10th, and payment is due the 25th of every month.
- Recurring Credit Card Payment Option: The Customer will be charged for the rest of the month in which they sign-up and will be charged either at the end of the current month or the beginning of the next month. This payment occurs in advance of the service being performed. The Customer is paying a month in advance.
- Pricing: DOODY MASTER, Inc. may change the price of the service rates at any time. If you have a recurring purchase, DOODY MASTER Inc. will notify you by email at least 15 days before the price change. If you do not agree to the price change, you must notify DOODY MASTER, Inc. to cancel the service before the price takes effect.
- Late Payments and Returned Checks: Service will be discontinued if payment is not received by the last day of the month. All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 fee.
- 100% Limited Satisfaction Guarantee: If the Customer is not satisfied with the service provided, contact DOODY MASTER, Inc. within 24 hours of service, and they will return to service again, free of charge. DOODY MASTER, Inc. can not guarantee that all dog waste is removed under certain conditions, for example, snow, yard debris, or leaves covering the ground. DOODY MASTER, Inc. will clean the dog waste that is visible and on the premises when we arrive.
- Service Date: If the service is not complete within two days of the scheduled service date, other than because of the fault of Customer or by force majeure (i.e., Act of God, riot, war, flood, earthquake, or other cause beyond such party's reasonable control), Customer may cancel service.
- Service Not Complete: If service could not be performed because of the Customer's fault (i.e., the dog would not let us in the gate, the gate was locked), service will not be re-scheduled, and the Customer will be charged the regular rate.
- Service Cancellation: Notify DOODY MASTER, Inc. of service cancellation within 48 hours of the last scheduled service date of the month. If pre-payment is not received for the next month, DOODY MASTER, Inc. will automatically cancel service. DOODY MASTER, Inc. reserves the right to cancel service at any time.
- Service Reinstated: If the Customer cancels service and then reinstates service, an initial cleaning will be required if it has been more than two weeks since the yard was cleaned. The Customer will pay the current DOODY MASTER, Inc. service rates.
- Taxes: Prices for service specified herein are exclusive of all city, state, and federal taxes. The Customer agrees to pay such taxes required to be collected by DOODY MASTER, Inc., in connection with this sale. Such tax shall be added to the invoice as a separate charge and invoiced separately.
- Holidays: In order for our employees to spend time with their families, DOODY MASTER, Inc. observes the following holidays and will be closed: Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and the week following Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Day through New Year's Day. Customers will not receive a discounted rate for these holidays because there will be twice as much work after the holiday.
- Weather: DOODY MASTER, Inc. Dog Waste Removal Service is a year-round service. DOODY MASTER, Inc. operates during the Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall and does its best to anticipate weather conditions to avoid service interruptions. DOODY MASTER, Inc. may cancel service due to a snow day. The customer will not receive a refund for this day because there will be twice as much work once the snow melts.
- Service Day Change: If, for any reason, the service date must be changed, the customer will be notified.
- This Agreement shall be construed as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party.
- No action, regardless of form, arising out of this Agreement may be brought by either party more than one year after the cause of action arose or, in the case of non-payment, more than two years from the date of the last payment.
